Teams from Taiwan's Kangfa and Beijing University of Science and Technology's Clean Technology R&D Center collaborated on [The key to energy saving on the air side of the outdoor air conditioning box of advanced semiconductor factories: the development and energy-saving application of low-pressure loss chemical filters]. The test report was successfully released on March 31. Thank you to all for your participation. Compared with traditional cylindrical filter cartridges, the energy-saving performance of XG's innovative conical chemical filter cartridges is evaluated based on approximately 30 MAUs per factory in an advanced semiconductor factory. After replacing the new filter cartridges, each MAU can save 28,388 kilowatt hours of electricity per year. Each factory can save NTD 3.56 million in electricity bills per year, and reduce carbon emissions by 403,677 kilograms, which is approximately equivalent to planting 53,823 trees per year.
