Multi-evaporator air conditioning system has become more and more popular, as they have many advantages, including higher energy efficiency and the flexibility of system design and installation. Although the operating parameters of multi-evaporator air conditioning system simulation study on coupling effect between has been widely, but have two or more indoor units detailed characteristics of multi-evaporator air conditioning system has not been studied. The other hand, using multi-evaporator air conditioning system to accurately control the indoor air temperature is a challenging and difficult task, let alone at the same time control of indoor temperature and humidity.

The main content of this special lecture is the latest experimental research results on the operating characteristics of the triple evaporator air-conditioning system and the development of novel controllers for improving indoor humidity.
